d402fc (ok lol-) just to finish my little thing here) 2nd, alternate universes exist inside of the kirby universe, the magolor epilogue has specifically shown this, and not only that, different dimensions, aka the mirror world with shadow kirby. so its not far-fetched to have this be the case, an alternate universe, aka the anime. my point is, no matter what, he does exist, and there is a confirmed police "force" in the kirby universe. 3rd, to make more connections to the anime to kirby games, there are plent of characters shown within the anime that appears in the games. chef Kawasaki has a decent role in the anime, lololo and lalala are also known characters, knuckle joe had a few of his own episodes. to cut this short, there are absolutely characters that have appeared in both the games and the anime, so its not wrong to think that Chief Bookem can exist in the games, just little to no actual mentions of such

d402fc ok, maybe he hasnt appeared in the games, but that technically doesnt mean anything! 1st off. you said kirby universe, so hes still in that category, plus, someone who first only appeared in the anime has appeared in kirby games, Escargoon! who's to say he doesnt also exist as well? tiff and tuff, main characters of the show has mad minor appearances in kirby media (not sure about games but they have appeared) so even if its anime only, they still made appearances!
