777455 Everyone has a set type of effects they can find, others can have the same one. However there is a possibility that when they find the same one, it works differently for each person. I knew 2 people who both got the ability to have cat-like features but only one of them could change to a full cat

777455 It's one of his effects, it's a really interesting one I've never quite seen before. For some reason there's multiple abilities packed into that one effect. It's insane!
