They also seemed to be a male as well. He laid there barely breathing and with a pure look of terror on his face. From behind him was someone walking away from him, seemingly about to take the stairs back down the building. The other person seemed to have been an adult female with a maid-like dress on, they faced away from them and hadn't noticed the rest of them yet.*
