dd5ac1 oh ok i git it tysm for ur help -lily
777455 Also I know things tend to be blocked for you Lily, but this is the link to this image. While I wrote down what each thing on this image already said for steps, this is a much more clearer imagine if you have access to it: https://th.bing.com/th/id/R.4398044309a31ab37bce04406472ee94?rik=sYyJJTVVLDaolg&riu=http%3a%2f%2fstatic1.squarespace.com%2fstatic%2f54905286e4b050812345644c%2f560b1c27e4b0a43ccfccc9d9%2f5d1571dfa50704000135f080%2f1583357810898%2fTitleImage.jpg%3fformat%3d1500w&ehk=kVEru%2fjLCNXpFIR9BQzMvjsW%2bDbsq5DJH%2fVlErKXTck%3d&risl=&pid=ImgRaw&r=0
e050bc Yep.
777455 Also rip Anau-- did you need help at all?
777455 Automatically putting into Desmos, it would give me the fraction of 0.8-0.08, it would give me the answer automatically without really showing much example. But what you were looking for was 'how' to do it, so I hope it helps in some way and I hope I did the right thing, because I had to sorta relearn this real quick lol-- (it was familiar to me but i had forgotten the process, so I did a bit of relearning real quick to help)
777455 (Hold on this is a fixed version of the last post i sent (image wise))
777455 With a bit of math, we'd have to figure out what would be the highest common divider between 72 and 100, so I figured out it was 4, 72 divided by 4 would be 18, and 100 divided by 4 would be 25. And if I got things correct, the answer for 0.8-0.08 would be 0.72, but fraction wise it would be 18/25
777455 Following the instructions of what I sent you, we'd get 0.72/1, however since our decimal shows that our number is in the hundreths place, we'll be multiplying it by 100. So now our fraction is 72/100. However we're not done.
e050bc Alright, so, tl;dr, I can't make the bow nor the dress without it looking more jank than Yoshi's grab in Melee.
777455 Something my teachers had always told me to use was Desmos Scientific Calculator (https://www.desmos.com/scientific). Using the calculator, 0.8-0.08 would equal to 0.72. So using what I sent you...
777455 (For context sake: What each part of this says: "Step one > Rewrite the decimal as a fraction with a denomitor of one. Step Two > Multiply the numerator and denominator by 10^n where 'n' equals the number of digits after the decimal. Step Three > Simplify.) I'll explain things in a just a moment
f85ed0 Im just riding on my skates looking at my biscuits- AHHH- -Marker
777455 Okay wait it loaded--

777455 What you're trying to do is Decimal to Fraction right?

dd5ac1 iiiiiii got an email -lily
dd5ac1 oh the 8s have a repeating sign -lily
dd5ac1 well this is the question "What is the value of 0.8–0.08? Write your answer as a fraction in lowest terms." he never taught us this -lily
777455 I'm not... really the best at math, I suppose it sorta depends on what you're working with
You can leave feedback about PAM here, but please note that I don't have a lot of time to work on PAM at the moment. There are lots of other tools out there (see here for examples) in case you need a tool with more features. Thank you for your understanding!
