fd9411 Depends what go out means. You can obviously be around the neighbourhood by yourself if you aren't a toddler, going out to a more busy area then sure, but doesn't need to be a guardian. At what point does it become you don't need a guardian and you are a guardian.

35dc76 if my big sister does finally get a new house and moves out im worried about how my nephews are gonna end up, she doesnt do a good job at taking care of them and almost never punishes them for doing bad shit, so thats been up to us most of the time.
