2a0bc9 GlitchMachine and TrueCommandBlock are both going to definitley be necesarry for the creation of this weapon. One small issue, we'll have to go down to the basement sector to retrive the gltich machine .the basement sector is riddled with rouge defense systems, unstable sections of spacetime, unstable structure, and worst of all it has no navigation / connection to any of FOSaCC's systems. Anything that goes in loses connection instantly, even if its using abnormal / anomalous technology

He got it a really long time ago, way back when he placed that one repeating command block that rand the /kill command rapidly. He managed to disable it from afar and retrieve it, and then never told anyone about it so nobody would investigate / try to find / get it
