6119b3 Bmo makes them using two components, a God Forge and a uhhh i forgot but its called a [something] well. These two components work together to be able to make a mechanism that can be programmed to do basically anything, the most common use he uses them for is negation chambers though.

6119b3 The negation chamber is basically the same thing. It resets whatever is contained within it to a specific point of existence whenever it detects that the thing is trying to get out of its enclosure. It effectively negates any attempt to escape.
