When a Vessel and Supporter form a bond either by flesh and blood or through spiritual/energy bonding. A Vessel can bring out a Supporters full potential, wielding them like weapons and tools. Each two people usually have 1-2 Weapon forme's, with rare cases having more. It all depends on two things
