d3c520 (Honestly, only way Canon Seemingly is reaching "Street Tier" would be 'round at ATK 250-400 ish. His max currently is ATK 50. To anyone, he's kid-level, like he could fight back against a kid, but against a teenager or adult, he'd have slight struggles. Plus, being stuck in a frozen place for years freezes up your muscles. Now that he's finally out, he's thawed, but his muscles are still weak. Sorry for randomly yapping. I just felt like it for some reason.)
