899189 crown attracts ichor, usually its just the surrounding ichor because its dispersed all across the universe but since it's now not dispersed it attracts all of it, staff is his means of actually using it, I lied about knowing how he stops ichor but if it bleeds into the universe it's probably something about sealing the flow everywhere but himself causing everything else to die out
