236914 HR 5183 b is one of my favorite exoplanets i cant believe i forgot it- anyway this is what it's orbit looks like. the white ball is the sun and the green bit is HR 5183 b. when it's out here its very slow.

HR 5183 b is a planet with an INSANE orbit. for most of it (around 74 earth years) it floats far away from the sun but for a LITTLE bit it DIIIVES back towards the sun, wraps around it and gets SLINGSHOTTED back out into the void. this happens over a span of only a few hours before it goes back to floating far away for the majority of its orbit
