236914 i like to make my characters balancing based on their movesets. for example Mulligan is a street-ish (maybe a bit higher) tier character which i decided as he has a very "human" moveset with his revolver, acid bottle and other bombs and utilities... when i make a god character i do tend to give them very flashy moves and styles to rep that well

9ce148 (i should really put a cap on how long Black can even hold a sustained Beam attack for, because if he can just do that shit for unlimited time, that is not fair)
