236914 by simply showing kindness to them their performance (on average) goes way up! i am no longer pointing fingers, i am making suggestions towards the team as a whole. i also make sure to throw in some "we got this" or "let's do it" for a little morale shot at the start

236914 recently ive employed a bit of psychological technique to increase team performance, and it's actually been working as far as i believe. it makes my teams more likely to come back from early losses and more likely to win in general.

In this form, he possesses several abilities, in comparison to the other Arrancars getting a single ability similar to a Shinigami's Shikai. The exception being Coyote Starrk. This is because of his Hollow nature as well as being an Ancient Vastolorde. His abilities consist of manipulating a saliva-like substance that's extremely sticky, black scale generation (these are sharp, think of them like blades), high-speed regeneration (didn't have to trade it because of natural evolution), and his final non-physiological ability, Gaze.This paralyzes whoever he's looking at, organs and all. Biologically, he can form webbing that acts as a shield around his body, as well as the scales. He also possesses Segunda but can't use it in his current state.

bce8e5 mcsr gives two players the same seed, the seed it gives is a combed and picked one but its still random, its one that for sure has either a blacksmith, desert temple, ruined portal, shipwreck, or buried treasure near spawn, as well as a lava pool, magma ravine, or enough obsidian in the blacksmith to make a portal. the nether origin is also garunteed to have a bastion and fortress nearby. that's about it tho, you both just run the same seed until one of you wins.

75bb12 I think I'll make him a Vastocar, who evolved into a natural Arrancar after a long time as a Vastolorde, being one of the two to be capable of doing this. He's gonna be an eccentric guy who's mostly interested in minding his business, average intelligence. Due to his strenuous evolution, he has become extremely powerful, possibly one of the peaks a Hollow can achieve through natural evolution. He's based off of a Frog and Basilisk combination.

75bb12 Thanks. Because things are exaggerated based on perception in the Dark World, he's obviously much grotesque, including the arms, which stem from the CQC he possesses in base. That's all though. Still need to give him a personality.

75bb12 Well, my characters develop via rps usually, besides, I do HAVE their base origins. Eye-Guy over here is a Human in Deltarune, who dresses like a Monster to blend in. His Dark World form is meant to represent the monstrocity of Humanity, And the Arrancar guy is just a Vastocar that naturally evolved.
