823b65 Voyager, the magician all world governments currently recognize as the most potent in belief, looks like an astronaut, and all they do is orbit earth. granted anything that comes close to them just dissapears as if crossing an invisible border of non existence, and sometimes their orbit shifts subtly due to ongoing world events, especially concerning space related activities, which some smarter governments track in order to predict global events, sort of like the pentagon pizza index, but they don't speak, move, react, anything. The most these higher grade magicians do is if theres an influx or clash in the belief flow, and they congregate, causing reality warping occurances, or even worse, they battle, in which its more like two archetypes colliding instead of two people duking it out.
