Thankfully, he manages to unleash an energy burst to break the vines and whatever effect the potion had put on him* "∆Why you SNEAKY LITTLE-" *Before he can continue ranting, or even do another action, Alex dashes twords Ahnothex at lightning speed, his sword already drawn. He then rapidly slashes ahnothex several times over, causing him to take a few more hits and stumble back, before quickly summoning his own version of the blade, using corrupt energy, using it to deflect a multitude of Alex's attacks*
