4c42ff dustdust is simply way too weak compared to terror power and feat wise to be a threat to him, sombody like obsessed monster, a dust who is in possession of several human souls, would likely be a lot better of an enemy and more of a threat

4c42ff dustdust: Dust + patence soul + scythe + is mortal + on surface killing humans + dust sans personality VS terror: horror (somehow got undeleted by insanity during murder time trio) + dt and perservearence traits + absorbed dt soul + highly implied immortality + lacks several emotions
