71fafd It numbed the pain but it didn't get rid of feelings. Sans hated living in his AU, so he took Bella's body and destroyed his AU, then buried Bella in the Omega Timeline, the only place that he thought Bella could be happy

71fafd it broke Sans and he was hurting alot from it, but he didn't want to feel anymore so he stole a fear soul trait from Alphys, (Alphys was doing research to see if it was possible to revive a human soul, and one of the souls that was going to be tested on but wasn't yet was a fear soul)

71fafd Bella's sickness only got worse though and she had to be giving more medicine. But none of them worked and after a month in the hospital, when Sans was getting ready to visit Bella, he got a call from the hospital that Bella died of her illness

71fafd She couldn't go home anymore because she was so sick. Everyone that bullied her said that she deserved it and that she got sick because she "was possessed by a demon". Sans was really mad about that so he beat up the bullies, but got hurt in the proccess, which is where he got that hole in his skull

71fafd Sans and Papyrus would always comfort Bella when she was bullied and they were really happy. But after a few years when Bella was like 11 or 12, she got really sick and had to go to the hospital

71fafd so yeah Bella was like Sans and Pap's kid and she had to take medicine to help her sickness. Her fear trait made her able to know anybody's fear and so she would use that to help others conquer their fears. But she was bullied alot for having a fear soul trait, so Sans would have to protect her a lot.
