Thats Regressus, EOD is a Universe Where all the sans coexist as brothers but their all different from their normal counterparts, they also have no papyrus and shift charas are adopted siblings. Two brothers are super powerful, when they both open their eyes the whole universe would just collapse, so they don't do it.
