a6a3c4 The place might have been naturally cursed, as silly as it may seem. Across the road, there used to be a house. In that house, a man hacked his wife to death with an ax after an affair. Also, there was a flower garden. Before it was made, there was a cabin. One of my great-grandmother's siblings, a 14-year-old boy died there after the house caught on fire. I believe 3 men who were cremated also had their ashes spread around the garden.

a6a3c4 Here's a story from about a decade ago. Then I lived with my mother, my brother, and my grandparents rurally in Bremen. Next to us was a house which was then lived in by my great-grandmother and cousin. One this particular occasion, my cousin and great-grandmother were awoken in the middle of the night by someone knocking on their door. They heard a soft-pitch voice that one would associate with a young boy, perhaps a toddler or young teenager from outside. My great-grandmother phoned my grandfather, asking if I was in my room (they thought it was me or my brother). Turns out I was sleeping on the couch. The knocking continued. My grandfather went outside their house with a shotgun but found nothing.
