44dd83 You can think of Angels like a person walking to school on a clean, empty, easy to traverse road, while Humans walk to school on a road with plenty of distractions like carnivals and burger king, so if the person on the distraction filled road still carries on, their journey has more meaning than the person who walks on the normal road.

44dd83 The one thing that technically makes us "higher" than angels when speaking on a spiritual level is the fact that even though we can choose bad, we can also force ourselves to fight against the bad and choose the good. Angels don't have that capability, they only have good, so spiritually, we are more respected than them, because we have the capability to choose good over bad. (for Christianity this changes a bit since some angels can rebel against God's decree and whatnot)

44dd83 And Angels aren't mindless drones either, they have personalities, certain mindsets, and human characteristics like charm and differing purpose.

44dd83 Yeah exactly. Here's a cool example: Angels. They never complain, they never get tired, they never feel pain about their existence. They're constantly happy, and they are WAY more efficient than humans. And they're allways happy about it too. Their existence is perfect to them, beyond perfect. Why is that a problem to us? When we see that, we don't see ourselves, so we think its bad. But we allready established that Angels are functionally better than Humans, so why does it matter if they aren't like us?
