Sans was really mad about that so he beat up the bullies, but got hurt in the proccess, which is where he got that hole in his skull

71fafd Sans and Papyrus would always comfort Bella when she was bullied and they were really happy. But after a few years when Bella was like 11 or 12, she got really sick and had to go to the hospital

71fafd so yeah Bella was like Sans and Pap's kid and she had to take medicine to help her sickness. Her fear trait made her able to know anybody's fear and so she would use that to help others conquer their fears. But she was bullied alot for having a fear soul trait, so Sans would have to protect her a lot.
