f7c573 you are right about that, if you noticed, in some cartoons, some cartoon characters dont have mouths and noses sometimes, yet you can tell the exact emotion with their eyes, heck, the youtuber Rebecca (Let Me Explain Studios) talked about this very same thing, and she only animates the eyes for her characters' faces and you can still tell the exact emotion they have

9c272c If we're being honest... I'm decent at making the human body. I've studied Manga for years, so like... I picked up the details there. But my problems start with the size. I'm obsessed with making small sprites. People like SAL allow themselves to expand into their canvas, letting them add more detail... my opinion anyways...

f7c573 males have broader shoulders, longer torsos and shorter legs. Females have short torsos, dont have broad shoulders, and longer legs. Males and Females tend to also have different ways their hips are structured, i suggest practicing drawing male and female bodies
