They don't develop, and if Frisk just didn't kill anyone and left, doing pure pacifist, but the monsters don't escape, the game would be the EXACT SAME. The characters wouldn't change at all. He has the best fight theme in the game, The easter eggs surrounding him adds on to his intimidation, so basically, I had the choose the best of 7 evils.
