They managed to hide behind the gate. “They have us pinned,” Bell said. “What now?” They took a moment to think. “What if we split up?” He suggested. “Sure,” Ev’rest replied. “But how do we get in?” “We can make a break for the door,” Bell said. “Let’s try it,” Ev’rest said.

They had finally arrived, yet there wasn’t any guard at the gate. “The whole courtyard is empty…” Bell said, looking around frantically. “Too empty,” Ev’rest replied. Something was wrong, horribly wrong. They walked through the front gate. “Wait,” Ev’rest said, “It’s an ambush, I can tell.” Ev’rest drew out one of his enchanted needles and pointed it towards the left, then to the right. “They’re here, both sides,” Ev’rest whispered. Bell took out two knives, ready to rush the enemy, meanwhile, Ev’rest took out his legendary blade, The Sword of the Liberator. “On the count of three,” Ev’rest mumbled. “One,” Bell got into position to run and strike, “Two” Ev’rest got ready to run ahead. “Three!”

But I have absolutely no training on how to use any of them. “Well crap,” she said as the enemy lizard men invaded her small treehouse. They took her away to the high prison inside the East spire of the castle. Then, they tied her up, and they told her that they would come back to play.

She got down from her treehouse to hear what they had to say. “What is it?” The princess asked politely. One of them screamed “The King! He’s Been killed, an enemy army is apro-.” Right as he was finishing his sentence, he and all but one royal guard were killed by an oncoming storm of arrows. The last knight told the princess to get into her treehouse, then he rigged a bomb onto himself and ran into the approaching army yelling, “FOR THE SOUTHERN KINGDOM OF AVARION!” Korinna ran up her ladder into her treehouse, knowing something bad was happening. be82ba ... Ev’rest woke up in a field. He swiftly sat up, recognizing that he was no longer with Bell. He felt as though he had gained two extra limbs. He looked around a little bit. Then, he saw that he had wings, one black, and the other white. He felt around in his pocket and pulled out a mirror. He took it out, knowing it was his last memory of his real world. He wanted to get back, he only knew that place, after all. He looked into his small mirror. It had a small gem embedded inside of its handle. Ev’rest looked closely at his mirror. He realized his eyes were not the same. They were now green and had a slight glow. His mouth also seemed to be jagged, like the mouth of a jack-o-lantern. There was also a wavering purple glow inside of his mouth, almost like the inside of his mouth was on fire with a purple flame. He stood up, confused about the way he looked.
