7faad8 Ive attributed it to how easy it is to form a bond to the people and community here. It feels more real because of the post mechanics, how you can have expressions and a visual identity. It becomes more real, but in the end its online so it has its limitations, and said limitations result in there being a missing peice to the experience. In reality people dont just pop in and out. It isnt a single place where you talk to them. So this place becomes very, very important.
