aa83fd On an even larger, more understandable scale: Glops ability to adapt is just the byproduct of Shivas purpose: to preserve and perpetuate chaos. Meaning, if anything threatens Glops existence, Glop will retaliate by minimizing or eliminating the possibility of that thing being a threat. No matter what, Glop, and therefor Bmo, with persist. Chaos shall persist.

aa83fd On that note, Glop acts as a perfect counter action to entropy. On a larger level, it doesn’t need to process energy or matter to persist its own change potential, while it can cause actions like moving objects, applying pressure, and just any form of energy expenditure, it does not use up any amount of its own energy in the process of doing so. On a simpler level, it breaks a lot of Newtons laws, like being able to move without being acted on, creating matter/energy from nothing, and so on.

aa83fd Whos to say death and destruction are entropy. Life itself is so beyond the human brains understanding in terms of its place in universal function that a overall death could very well be a greater contributor to chaos than life.

aa83fd Cuz material existence doesnt really make sense in its basic concept, i could say you and the atoms that make you up are the same thing, but it wouldn’t literally mean the concioussness that calls itself Scott and the collective of a couple dozen pounds of atoms that are together in the shape of a large organism are the same thing. Bmo however, is Glop. It would be like taking concioussness and turning it into an element.

2d93ee glop is weird. its made of particles, but not anything similar to our quarks, electrons, photons, and so on. It has four dimensional properties, basically imagine this world as a piece of paper. all other particles are pencil drawn dots on that paper, while Hyperions (the particles that make Glop) are like uncooked spaghetti stuck through the paper. They extend into the dimension above our 3D existence (fourth) allowing for some wacky things, like pocket space, supposed "dissapearance and reappearance" of particles, a four dimensional version of "compression" and "density", but mainly for the purpose that these particles that extend into the higher dimension end up going all the way through multiple layers of reality to the corpse of shiva, like tendrils of concioussness slowly dripping from his body, like blood, down to our reality.

2d93ee for bmo lore, on the highest level of reality, theres shiva the god of chaos, and brahma the god of entropy, shiva meaning to preserve change (chaos) via means such as gravity, nuclear forces, electromagnetics (on the small scale), and more complex systems like solar systems, planets, even life. this is due to the fact that when energy is more dense, there is more change (more chaotic) and if this energy can keep itself dense, that's even more change (chaos). entropy counteracts this through basic forces that cause energy dissipation and equalization, such as same charge repellence, radiation, and so on. all of these physical, particular, and nuanced systems fight for both entropy and chaos sake, sometimes some forces seem to be contributing to chaos, but in the long run cause entropy to speed up its progress.
