f92a4a This changes things a bit, so personally you think we're better off with culture and other stuff you deem not pro, and "strip" the negatives out of culture and religion, but thats asking billions of people to be perfect, its not gonna happen, try thinking what would become of people without cultures, have you thought of the implications humanity will have to change and face without culture? Humans are by default animals, we have instincts and senses and survivalistic mindsets. You cannot change that because that would require basically lobotomizing every human being into mindless robotic drones. Yes society would prosper and there would be drastically less harm but theres zero feasable way to do it, especially in our current time frame. So you compromise by thinking up realistic solutions.

aa1150 I guess it's more of a personal reason, because I don't see the need for it to give yourself meaning, we talked about this when talking about religion everyone has their own way of giving themself reason and mine isn't really compatible with a lot of people but I do believe it's the best way as it gets rid of all the negatives you get from meaning behind things like religion, like the hate that come along with it and the divide and refusal of understanding others who dont agree

f92a4a So what you're thinking is that culture and that kinda stuff is just better off gone. Why so? I think culture and pride in a place your born gives people, humans meaning, maybe some enjoyment and goal.

f92a4a Country pride and culture has to do alot with history of when humans became thonkers, its something that can't really be fixed, its passed on, its taught, and unless a person grows up to like you.. they will find place in sometype of culture.
